The provider responsible for this website hereby displays this document to users in order to comply with the obligations laid down in Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), as well as to inform all users about what the terms of use of this website are.

Anybody accessing this website assumes the role of user and thus pledges to abide by and comply strictly with the provisions set forth herein, as well as with any other legal provision that may be applicable.

The provider reserves the right to change or modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give users any pre-warning or notice and for which notification published on the provider’s website is understood to be sufficient.

3. Liability

The provider is exempt from any type of liability arising from information published on its website, whenever such information has been manipulated or uploaded by a third party alien to it.

The access service to the Portal includes links that may lead the user to other websites and web pages managed by third parties, over which the provider does not exercise any type of control. In such cases, it simply acts as a provider of intermediary services in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of the LSSICE. The provider is not liable for the contents or the status of those websites and web pages and access to them through this website does not imply that the provider recommends or approves their contents.

The provider is not responsible for the information and contents stored, by way of an example among others, on forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social media or any other means that enable third parties to publish content independently on the provider’s website. Nevertheless, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, the provider is at the disposal of all users, authorities and security forces, and actively collaborates in the withdrawal or blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, rights of third parties, or public morality and order.

This website has been reviewed and tested to work properly. In principle, its proper operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors or the result of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar circumstances that might render the website impossible to access.

The User acknowledges and accepts that all rights of industrial and intellectual property over the contents and any other items inserted on the Website belong to the enterprise Biosurya, S.L.

All the contents on the website are protected by industrial and intellectual property rights, registered on the relevant public registries under the ownership of Biosurya, S.L. or third parties, so that none of the exploitation rights over them beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website can be deemed to have been transferred to the user.

In particular, all reproduction, transformation, communication and in general any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this website, as well as the establishment of links to external websites on the home page (initelsl.com) or any of its pages is strictly forbidden, except for private use. These actions may only be carried out with prior written authorisation from Biosurya under the terms and conditions stipulated therein. To request such authorisation, contact any of the addresses listed in section one of this legal notice (Ownership of the website).

However, and once authorization to set up a link has been given, it is expressly forbidden for those to entail viewing the linked page in the browser through frames. When links are set up to any page other than the home page of the website, the text of the link or some other means must indicate both the name of the linked site (initelsl.com) and the fact that it is a link to a site alien to the portal that includes the link.

When the User is requested to provide data through the web, that data will be included on electronic files that are the responsibility of Biosurya, S.L., and will be handled solely with the purpose and legal basis stated in the clause attached to each form in that regard and with an appropriate degree of protection, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (Regulation UE 2016/679), for which all necessary security measures shall be taken to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, availability and prevent any alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access to that data by third parties.
